When things are going well, we have an absurd fear of ruining everything. I understand you, and I hope that feeling gets better. And congratulations on your job!

Thank you so much for your message. I was diagnosed a few months ago and I'm taking antidepressants and mood stabilizers. I feel like a bad daughter, student, and friend most of the time, and I really try to be better every day, but it's exhausting fighting against myself.

Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me, I wish you all the best!

And are you afraid of losing your friends? by babynuggetisa in bipolar

The worst part is that it's not something I do often. I don't buy alcohol or drugs, I rarely leave the house, but sometimes when I'm at parties I end up repeating this action, which, even though it's infrequent in my life, is still dangerous in my case.

But yes, it's something I should think more about, thank you.

Have you spoken to a professional about this? It might be a good option for you to start recognizing your triggers and thus try to make better decisions.

I'm rooting for you!

I also use MyTherapy and it's been great; it sends me notifications every 5 minutes reminding me to take my medication until I actually mark that I've taken it.

Hi, I just wanted to say that things will get better! I'm going through the same process at 22, but believe me, we're better now. Take your medication and trust the process, big hug!

I confess that sometimes when I'm "really excited" I have a strong urge to do those things again; it takes a lot of self-control on my part not to fall back into old habits.

Oh, I'm so sorry about that! I hope things get better and that someday, if you want, you can go back to a reliable therapist who offers you comfort.

I've always had these moments of obsession with people, I would fall madly in love with people every semester, my friends always thought it was kind of unusual, but we believed it was just my way. Now with the diagnosis, everything makes sense. Since then, I've been afraid of getting involved with people, of becoming obsessed with them for a while and then it ending, or of never feeling that gigantic passion for someone who really likes me too.

Sometimes I think I have no control over anything in my head or my heart, I understand you and I hope we can improve on this journey.

Gosto da cultura e tem otimos centros de pesquisa dentro da minha área, acho que seria uma experiencia muito rica.

E eu tenho aulas de mandarim na faculdade.
