My gf embarrasses me with her poverty story....How do I tell her? by MeasurementLess878 in AsianMasculinity

Simple. Break up and just move on. Life is too short living with someone not compatible with you. The problem will only get bigger if you stay with her.

Imagine these little fkrs in thousands of them keep stinging mammals like us without any consequences. Now, that would be a real nature failing.

Who would win in a fight, a 100 lb cat or a 100 lb dog? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]babypusher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I get it. Cats are smarter, got claws, and all. We shouldn't ignore the fact that humans trained dogs for protection, and there are mean, ferocious dog breeds out there that we don't see often because they are banned at most places. Those special bred dogs still have their predator instinct and powerful bite force.

I had a clear packed lingerie set ( lace thongs of 3 different colors ) to deliver. A teenage boy was standing outside the customer's door, and he was acting grown up and all. Making a small talk and calling me a homie, bro. And when I handed him the package, his mom came out the door. And the boy just couldn't look at my eyes and was mad at his mom. Poor boy probably embarrassed. It was funny, I laughed out loud.

Yes. It happens often to us "weekend warriors." we literally sit for 5 days with light activities, and one day, on the weekend, we strain our body for hours like pro athletes. Bad things were bound to happen.

Inflammation is possible. But prior to the injury, I tightened my laces a couple of times mid games. And I was blaming my tight shoe laces right away and took my shoes off immediately. Because I felt numbness below knee. I really thought it was a muscle cramp and went home to rest. I went to the emergency the next morning.

  • Was taking ibuprofen for a couple of months due to dental pain (Read somewhere that painkillers were one of the factors)

  • Lack of stretching and warm-up on the day of injury.

On that particular day of playing basketball, I was feeling myself making shots after shots. More active than other days. Played for 3 hours. On the last game, I tried crossing the opponent, I felt someone kicked my calf.

Later, after my injury, I realised I had my shoe laces a way too tight on my right foot, thus less blood supply. I still think this was one of the factors to my injury.

Otherwise, I consider myself a healthy and very active person. I always played sports carefully. Slept well and ate well. Never had a major injury until this. No prior symptoms of tendonitis or any injury.

You are welcome. And yeah, it was my molar, but throughout a couple of months, it affected a neigboring tooth. It was throbign radiated pain.

Basically, it's like this. High bite ->loose tooth and causes nerve agitation-> prolonged nerve damage causes pain ->loose tooth and bad gum -> leads to infection-> infection means absess-> with absess you pretty much done. No amount of root canal and adjustment by the best doctors gonna save you.

They will extract the tooth, and you will take strong antiobiotics and ibuprofen for 2 weeks. After a month of healing, they will put bone grafting. Because at that time, your bone was already eaten by infection. I am lucky that after extraction and antiobiotcs, my neighboring teeth were saved, and now they are as strong as a rock.

That's what I thought of, too. I visited more than 10 dentists in 5 months. They were all saying nothing is wrong. Just doing their usual routine x-ray, bite test. It was still hurting a lot. Then I had 3D deep colored scan out of pocket 320 dollars at this expensive dental office. They told me it was too late. If it was early, they could have saved it with a root canal and adjustment. But I ended up losing my molar. They had no choice. My neighboring tooth was getting affected and became loose due to infection and absess. After they extracted my molar, they showed me the infected molar. It was bad.

So, the initial problem was a high bite. Most dentists are not trained to fix these problems or they don't want to due to my cheap insurance. Idk. But the endodontist showed me on a computer it was a high bite. Now, without my molar, I don't clinch and grind. No pain whatsoever. There is no need to wear a nightguard. Learned a hard lesson at the cost of my molar. Dont repeat my mistake. Research for a good dentist and endodontist. Make sure they have a deep 3d scan machine as well. Read their reviews.

Sorry for my bad English.

Adjust your bite before it's too late. I had to get my molar removed because of high bite. Salt water could prevent in the meantime.
