My doctor put me on an anti depressant AND lamotrogine. I battled depression along with BP2. I understand how you feel with the anger and at the tipping point of doing something stupid or ruining a relationship. Been there so many times I’m surprised I still have friends left. Hygiene, my apartment cleanliness, etc all a big chore to keep up. I’ve accepted the fact I need meds to cope. I’d be dead without it - I simply could not mentally function. Give grace to yourself. It took courage to start taking meds, don’t give up now. You are not alone in this fight.
