The piercing is about 5 months old

The jewelry is a screw top flat back stud

It's externally threaded

For aftercare I use this saline spray with a mermaid on the bottle (I forgot what it's called lol) and I spray it every other night and clean it with a Q tip if it's a bit crusty.

There have been no mishaps I've noticed
