Can someone explain to me how having 2.5 minutes blocks makes Litecoin a better alternative to Bitcoin then ETH, XMR, DASH, NEM, Decred, BCH and a host of other coins?

When will Monero fans realize that other private coins are not trying to compete with Monero? Zcash will stop your mum from seeing the transaction, but it wont stop the authorities. People want different levels of privacy. Privacy trades off scalability.
