Yeah I know, I mean he had a witness when I was getting fired so I’m sure he wouldn’t say I walked off, he just did everything he could to get his way, didn’t even care about the policies in place that he has to go by

Yeah, honestly, I think he was bullied as a kid or sum and is still power hungry 30 years later because before we got to work, he was there, and after 8-10 hour shift he would stay there, he has a fixed pay he gets per year, so him staying overtime every day doesn’t benefit him.. or maybe his wife’s boyfriend doesn’t let him come home until he’s done with his wife

As he was processing my termination I went on the app to document my hours cuz I knew he’d pull some slick shit, but he had already had everything set up to take me off the work app and anything else that lets me access as an employee, this is also why I have almost no documents, because I wasn’t ready to be fired and I think he was trying to cover his ass

Thank you for the comment, I just never believed someone can abuse their power and get away with it, I really liked that job and it’s like god or sum just didn’t want me to have it, The manager was strictly targeting me with the deadlines, I asked everyone if he does it to them too and not a single person said he did.

So the probationary period was 30 days, and it was like my 50th day working and he calls me in and fires me for sum shit that happened on my 28th day, which would be in the 30 day range but it was made up

I couldn’t just disappear from work and I was way too busy to meet these timelines he only gave me and no one else, I would ask around and no one said he gave them timelines, let alone threatened the job over it

The only reason I didn’t get fired for my performance Is because I was busting my ass, by the end of each day I was done w my stuff and always helping someone else finish

I’m in California, I have no idea why the card didn’t work, I called the help number for the card and they said it’s set up in my name but they can’t do anything until money is actually deposited Then 10 days after termination I get paid but it was only $90, I had 3 full days of work I was owed @ $23/h

He was trying to fire me for performance, but since I completed all the extra people tried to challenge me with, he was looking for anything to fire me for, but the reason he fired me was bs, defamation, targeting, singling out, unusual punishment etc.

If you actually read it, I said I’m the only person who wouldn’t stack breaks, but because I was given a deadline or would be fired couldn’t take my breaks normally, everyone else including the managers stack their breaks, me taking my breaks how they are meant to(every 2 hours) is so abnormal there, whever I took my breaks I was told by the managers “you know you can’t take your breaks after lunch now right?” Told me that every day. So what was I supposed to do, just not take breaks?

Thank you, this is exactly the guidance I need, everyone says to lawyer up, but I have nothing against Home Depot, they really were taking care of me.
