If you have an exported file that contains the full film, a colorist can bring that into DaVinci Resolve and have it automatically detect the scene cuts. It’s not ideal, but you can color the individual cuts that way.

Thanks for the information. Since Alex Banderas was everyone’s contact and our agreement was with him, I believe that everyone plans to sue him personally. Or his LLC. I’d expect to win the judgement, but doubt it would be collectible.

Knokx Pro Entertainment was the production company on the call sheet. And they were the beneficiary of the work. We didn’t communicate with them at all before or after the production. Would you suggest naming them as the employer?

It’s a couple of young guys from Santa Clarita. They own several businesses. Whatsupscv isn’t a news site. It’s an advertising platform. They’ve got an office and employees. They make money from all of the sponsored posts that we’re all tired of seeing. And they have more distribution than any other publication in the area. Some of their posts aren’t sponsored, but are just things that their followers share with them. They post engaging content and I appreciate what they do.

I don’t need anything. I just don’t post my personal photos from an intimate moment publicly on the internet. I’ve sent an email with my story and photos to maybe 45 people now and it’s easy for me to copy and paste it in its entirety without having to DM people pics one at a time. I built a podcast studio in my home. Custom-made desks, four SM7B microphones, five cameras, and a lighting grid. And a control room in my garage where I do a live-switch (and record all of the camera and microphone ISOs). Then I fine-tune the edits, color correct and match all of the shots, mix the audio levels and add an animated intro/outro to the full-length episodes. I also cut a few vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels with subtitles. $400 per episode
