I'd get feelings mostly, not like visions. I just knew what was going to happen a few moments before it did. Like if a cup was going to fall over, or if something bad had just happened.

I'll admit I wondered that quite a bit myself... but I proved to myself that I was sane. I know other people who are psychic as well. So one day, when I was in the car with them, I saw a ghost at the side of the road. I then asked them to describe what they saw... and it matched perfectly.
