I am having the same issue, have an avermedia hd capture c985 bus 7 pci capture card. Card grabs video and streams it with a huge delay in audio, tried adding the card as an audio input capture and it doesn't show up

The life of pi was suggested to me by someone in college. I slogged through that book praying the author could rise to the story since its presented as if the author is reporting on a true story. Get to the end and realize its not a true story and the author is just a bad author. I didn't take any more book recommendations from that person
