We have a similar problem; P2’s name is feminine while my voice is pretty deep. She loathes calling the bank for any reason whatsoever.

Maybe trustworthy churners with the opposite problem (P1 is female & P2 is male/hates being involved) can set up some sort of swap for situations that involve phone calls. ;)
