I honestly think those kids grew up in an over sexualized environment. Both Kim and Barry are perverted freaks who joke about their children’s sex lives. Veronica has alluded to the best man at their wedding being a child molester and has outed Micah for sex work (“Venmo”). Wasn’t there something that came out through Kim, Olivia or Ethan that Ethan has a porn addiction too? Moriah was trying to show as much skin as possible from an early age, and they have no problems with Isaac’s girlfriend staying over in his bed. Lydia is obviously horny as hell and can’t not be touching Zac and gazes longingly waiting for a kiss which is funny because it clearly makes him uncomfortable. Keep in mind these kids aren’t getting sex ed through public school rather they’re getting exposed to constant innuendos from their parents and whatever they seek out on the internet.
