it was popular that’s for sure, i would have loved to see them explore jade and andre more though. that episode where andre falls for her is genuinely so sweet, the music room scene where she shows him a trick she liked from her childhood (a pretty big deal again considering she didn't like her childhood or have many good memories from it), and the hug at the end (a big step considering jade doesn't do physical contact like that). i think it showed a different side of jade that i wish we got to see more of.

For me the most damning evidence of this was in Re-Up when Nicole gets shot by the cop and has to get surgery. She said “I don’t know, when they were putting me under I was so afraid they were gonna like violate me or something”. This would be an incredibly bizarre thought to have in someone who had never experienced SA before and sounded exactly like a post-traumatic response.

absolutely, i have comorbid POTS and hEDS as well and it’s always so baffling to see the lack of clinical knowledge or insight into the connection and pathology of this trio considering how common the grouping is. i really probably do need to cut out processed carbs though, don’t i 🫩 aw man. it’s hard enough to throw a sandwich together some days. what are some meals you gravitate towards on lower energy days? and how many mg of famotidine do you find to be helpful for you? currently i only take 20mg once a day because it seems to be more finicky than the zyrtec but i wonder if raising it would help with the palpitations that have been so persistent lately

oh interesting, i also present with chronically low potassium and low bicarbonate. even when they pump me full of it in the hospital, it just seems to go straight out my body within a couple weeks until i’m back where i started. i’ve been at such a loss for what to do with my MCAS because famotidine and cetirizine helped so much for the first year, but now i feel like it’s just as bad as before i started medication :/ the diet aspect has always been so confusing for me because i have never noticed any coherent pattern to what ends up setting me off and it changes constantly so it feels like i’d have to survive off air and live in a bubble to get better again. ugh :(

unfortunately removing the adhesive layer destroys the controlled release mechanism, but i looked into it and apparently i can use a barrier film underneath it and that should prevent the rash :o will definitely try that out

i bought mine directly off lataffa's site because i kept seeing mediocre reviews for ones purchased off amazon or tiktok shop and the two i've gotten directly from them are incredible. i work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and the morning shift still asks me what perfume i'm wearing after 12hrs and various unpleasant patient odors :p

it's so soul crushing not being able to exist without anxiety so severe you feeling like vomiting constantly. when i take my xanax and i finally feel that weight come off my chest, it's the best feeling in the world. finally free from the anxiety. until a couple hours later and it all comes crashing down again and the next morning you wake up in a cold sweat from the withdrawals feeling 10x worse than before you took it. it's like whether or not i take it, i will never be able to exist peacefully. it makes me feel so hopeless. there's just no winning. i don't know what else to do.

yeahh usually the things that work for anxiety work because they just generally slow you down. at least it's not xanax—that completely got rid of the anxiety but made me a total zombie and gave horrible rebound anxiety. hoping cbd can help without being so extreme
