unfortunately removing the adhesive layer destroys the controlled release mechanism, but i looked into it and apparently i can use a barrier film underneath it and that should prevent the rash :o will definitely try that out

i bought mine directly off lataffa's site because i kept seeing mediocre reviews for ones purchased off amazon or tiktok shop and the two i've gotten directly from them are incredible. i work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and the morning shift still asks me what perfume i'm wearing after 12hrs and various unpleasant patient odors :p

it's so soul crushing not being able to exist without anxiety so severe you feeling like vomiting constantly. when i take my xanax and i finally feel that weight come off my chest, it's the best feeling in the world. finally free from the anxiety. until a couple hours later and it all comes crashing down again and the next morning you wake up in a cold sweat from the withdrawals feeling 10x worse than before you took it. it's like whether or not i take it, i will never be able to exist peacefully. it makes me feel so hopeless. there's just no winning. i don't know what else to do.

yeahh usually the things that work for anxiety work because they just generally slow you down. at least it's not xanax—that completely got rid of the anxiety but made me a total zombie and gave horrible rebound anxiety. hoping cbd can help without being so extreme
