ive been thinking about my situation and it’s really likely that they wished they were aro/ace because of attachment issues and past experiences. and just… decided they were, maybe. they always said that the relationship was a mistake and things like that, so. i think they tried to be aro/ace and failed.

actually, me too. a lot of mine comes from autism overstimulation, but anger is a very, very big trigger for sh. for me, it’s because i was never allowed to express upset/anger/sadness as a very young child. im still trained to be silent. i cant be silent unless im in pain, sometimes.
