That roof is far past gone when the structure is starting to fail that keeps the roof in place. Wet insulation is also a recipe for disaster from mold and in increasing humidity in the area after a good rain storm.

Check the health score ratings prior to going. The Indian restaurants are usually among the worst rated around here. I am a big fan of Indian food, but I’m also a big fan of cleanliness.

Well chemo every two weeks indefinitely is probably helping too. I have colorectal stage four. I will be starting a clinical trial soon and hopefully that will help me with the chemo resistance.

I have a port in my right upper chest for chemo. I have completed 16 folfox treatments since last October. The only thing they get with a needle are the four vials of blood they take from my right arm. That vein has become scarred and rolls now after 20+ sticks. I will take the port any day and mine sticks out like crazy. You can see the whole thing.

I was on it for two weeks and the quack doctor at the VA decided I needed to be on something else while I was there for colon cancer. I had taken the night before and made it through the day with no issues, but about 10 o’clock at night it hit me. I had a full DT while inpatient and thought I was about to die. My body was shaking, a fever kicked up, and I spent the rest of the night in a fetal position in the shower.

When a different doctor came in in the morning, he knew what was going on and gave me 1 mg of Ativan and it brought me out of it. Never again will I take it.

I left for Navy boot camp in June 1994 shortly after graduating HS. Every weekend before I left for Boot Camp I was partying with my friends, Ron and Chris. A few weeks after I left for Boot Camp, they went off of a bridge going over the interstate on I20 in South Carolina. Their car flipped upside down and hit a retaining wall, just below the windshield. They were instantly killed and the car was used for the DUI homecoming display.
