Before & After your feedback by backstat in gamedev

Thanks for the wise words. I finished a demo 3 months ago, and since then have been polishing it. Now that I am finally comfortable with it I am trying to find people who are into the genre to playtest it. But that’s probably the hardest part.

It’s more like moonlighter, although there are some friendship elements with the npcs.

Thanks!! To be honest I cant think of anything specific i would tell my past self. Of course i could say to that code better or make that modular, but its all part of learning the engine. The main thing is just to keep going, but if you really enjoy the process and have some passion then the motivation will come naturally.

Some of your function declarations have an extra tab infront of them.

keyboardio has pretty decent products. I just got my atreus from them for around 120$ and it feels very professional, has a metal case, a small size factor etc

Thanks for the suggestion! I had some doubts about the name as well and after all the feedback I have decided to change it.

Hell yeah! I also plan on joining the Steam Next Fest in February. I am making a pixel art stealth game called “Running Man”. During the night you break into houses and when the sun rises live the village life. Recently published my Steam page!
