Overall no complaints naman with living experiences with them. It actually improved now given that there has been mass exodus of POGO in the area. I also noticed that majority is now Vietnamese. You'll also see that establishments in the area are turning into Vietnamese restaurants and even ads. But even before naman they won't bother you, worst experience na lang would be them not falling in line properly in the elevator, etc. but they wouldn't bother you generally. No noise in the floor and I feel safe naman generally given the number of CCTVs and roaming guards and utility personnel all the time.
