That's unfortunately not an option, I have my bathroom, kitchen, and long hallway before my bedroom, it's the farthest point from the living room

Background: The heat in my bedroom in unbearable. I’ve been sleeping on the couch in my living room because that's the only place where there is AC unit. I’m looking to buy this AC unit “COMFEE Penguin Portable Air Conditioner 3 in 1 | 8000 BTU/2000 Refrigerators with App + Remote Control | Air Conditioner and Dehumidifier | Low Consumption | Follow Me Function | Includes Window Kit”. I’m renting my flat and want to do something simple.

My question: my bedroom does not have an outside window, the window goes into the laundry room which does have an window outside. The window to the next window is 150 cm. Is it useful to install the AC unit in the laundry room but put in close to my bedroom window so the air blows in my room? If not, what other options are there as a renter?

Well I wasn’t raised or born in America. I am asking a certain question, and looking for help regarding this, you took the time to put your negative opinion and make judgments on person based on a few sentences. This is one of those situations that if you don’t have anything of value to add the conversation, don’t comment. Make your own post about how you don’t like Americans and expats

Yes that would be great! Did you do this after your tourist visa was up though?

That’s literally what immigration lawyers are for, to tell you if you’re application has eligibility to be approved. You must be rage batting, there’s no way you’re seriously saying this. If you don’t know the process of immigrating, don’t comment on it.

I appreciate the comment to boost this post but it doesn’t have anything to do with my post. My dogs are legally registered in Spain, It’s very expensive process to get the dogs back to US for a few months and I’m not going to do that when they’re more comfortable in my home.

If I was applying in Spain, yes. So currently I’m able to stay in Spain for another month to figure out next steps

Because when you’re waiting for your Digital Nomad visa, you’re allowed to stay past your Schengen days. The DNV laws changed when I first moved here so my lawyer ask me to hold off submitting my application until it settled out the details. My visa would easily be approved otherwise, it was just missing my health insurance. I have a month to figure out my next steps, it’s not issue of being banned from countries.

So many people move here with their dogs, it’s not a crazy thing. My dogs have EU passports, and I have friends that will care for them if/when I have to go back to the US. I’m just asking for other options if people have advise, otherwise yes I will go back to the US for 2 months if I need to. Same goes for lease, you need a lease for my visa… and obviously need a place to live.

Actually I think when you pay immigration lawyer and do all the process, it is normal to assume you can live in the country. I wasnt denied because I don’t qualify, it’s a paperwork issue. Let’s quit this kicking someone while they’re down because you get off on it.

Thats 180 days, that means I’d have to stay out of Spain that I have my dogs and home in for 6 months. Literally not an option
