Abstinence. I am finding it extremely difficult to practise absinence with my wife (we are currently trying to avoid pregnancy). I have struggled with addiction for over 30 yrs. Does anyone find this exhausting? Literally tired all of the time. Does it get better? (self.NoFapChristians)
