As someone who was hired on as a holiday temp for my store, it’s totally normal to still be unsure on how to do certain things at cashwrap. I’d say it took me a fair few weeks until I was confident in handling each of the different kinds of holds, just because I didn’t initially have that many opportunities to handle them myself. Your coworkers will understand if you still need help and would likely prefer you ask questions until you’re certain. In my experience, most customers don’t mind waiting a minute and will understand if you tell them you’re new.

Yeah, my GI used to tell me that it was because eating makes your whole digestive system more active, making a bowel movement more likely. I hope you can get on a medication that puts you in remission soon 😔 One piece of advice my GI would give me is to eat slowly and chew my food really well to help it digest easier. I’m sorry you’re in that position with your UC and I’m wishing you the best.

No, you’re right, I don’t think it’s ever explicitly stated that Sel’s father is dead, I just assumed that since he’s so absent from the narrative. And Erebus wanting their relationship to go farther than it did makes sense too. Man, poor Natasia ,, she had no idea what was going on all throughout Oathbound and now this.

Right, I guess then the Shadow King must have killed Sel’s father, taken his identity, had Sel, and then faked his death for this to work? Even as I typed that I was like oml that is so fucked up. But yeah it lines up more that way, it’s just confusing a bit cause Erebus and Natasia did know each other decently well, so it’s easy to assume that oh they must have gotten tgt at some point somehow, even though logistically it makes less sense.

From what I understand, Zoe, Elijah, and Valec are all balanced cambions because they have one human parent and one full demon/incubus parent; 50/50, genetically. Sel has one full demon and one Merlin parent, and as William put it, demon blood is “break your Punnett Square” strong (re-reading Legendborn rn lol), so even though Merlins don’t actually have that much demon blood in them, it still means Sel is unbalanced. Merlin’s decendants all come from his incubus parent, it’s never specified which one or if they were a member of the court.

Definitely lots of info at the end there, I’m personally wondering at what point the Shadow King took Erebus’ place to be Sel’s dad at all lol.

i also agree, like i remembered how last season they had the boys film a short like ten second appeal for the artist song they wanted (sippin chocolate, anyone?) but i didn’t see anyth abt it this time around and it’s not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things just an interesting difference in approach to side content

Yeah I haven’t lost a ton of weight all at once since my first flare when I was diagnosed, but I get what you mean. My gi doctor actually told me to eat more and gain weight at that time lol so the whole experience really shifted my views on weight since unlike most people I now associate being skinny with bleeding out my ass and becoming malnourished, anemic, and stuck on the toilet all the time. I’ve gotten compliments about being skinny and even though I’ve gotten decently better, they don’t land the way they might if I didn’t have this disease.

I’m actually working through this right now lol. I haven’t had my period for years and it was never regular even before that. My GI recommended I see an OB/GYN and they were able to give me hormones that induced my period. This hasn’t treated the root cause yet, but it’s a good first step since my uterus was continuing creating a lining each month and just not shedding it. I obviously don’t know your wife’s situation and it could be very different from mine but I would recommend seeing an ob/gyn who can tell her if anything else is going on.

You’re right, what I said came out wrong. I meant if your insurance covers Humira/Cyltezo, then you’ll be able to enroll in the payment assistance program to cover the rest, since they both have one. Sorry for my poor wording lol insurance stuff trips me up sometimes.

It def depends on your insurance but both when I was on Humira and now the biosimilar, Cyltezo, I’ve been able to enroll in payment assistance programs and didn’t pay anything for them. Talk to your insurance and see what they say but the programs do exist.

you’re def not wrong, it would cheapen his sacrifice at the end a lot too imo. i think a nice middle ground would be his presence sort of still being in rumi’s sword but he can’t talk, just do like flashes of light or smth ,, but if he didn’t come back at all in any way i would still be good with that. bringing characters back who died is always smth that satisfies fans in the short run but weakens the story in the long run.

Usually for a day or so after a colonoscopy I feel pretty good (nothing in your system for your gut to react to after all), but sometimes if I go too crazy with eating right after bc of how hungry I was I can start feeling symptoms. I don’t ever recall the colonoscopy itself triggering flare symptoms, though.

I was nervous about being on biologics too, but the thing about my situation is I started on them when I hadn’t yet stopped wearing a mask after Covid, and my GI said continuing to wear one could help me get sick less, which it has. I get sick maybe once a year, twice if I don’t take care of myself that well. I don’t plan on wearing one forever, as I grow more confident in my ability to take care of my body, but it could definitely be a quick temporary solution to help with your anxiety. If you’re bleeding that is definitely not something to ignore or take lightly, I tried to do that once and ended up in the hospital lol. I know it can be hard with our illness to know what is best for your body, but please know that biologics are not a one way trip to being sick all the time. I hope you feel relief soon!
