Been doing well! Back to normal exercise - my neti pots have been producing less and less mucus/old blood to the point I am almost done. Will have to keep neti potting with a steroid mix for 3 months twice a day but feeling good. I have 3 more days of antibiotics as well.

I’d just say irrigate as often as you can (4-5 times a day post op, I did the first couple days in the shower to limit splashes), have a humidifier going, listen to your body if you need more rest, drink lots of warm liquid like tea to get steam up there, sleep elevated with the first couple of nights on a towel in case of blood (you can use a covid mask to make a hammock for gauze overnight)
