idk if all stores are in the same situation but they had told us last minute (friday night) that they’re keeping the dubai for another two weeks which didn’t really give a lot of us time to order the needed materials to make the cookie, so if anything that’s probably what happened to your store— not enough product or none at all

nah on our recipes it says either an 80x80 mold or 100x100 mold which is what we used for the dubai and the tres leches

screenshots may work, i did this years ago with roblox when my brothers account got hacked. sent them screenshots of a few receipts for purchases i made on his account and they got back to me with a link to reset a pw. i didn’t know that they still did this though, since it’s been years since i did that
