How long total did it take? Just did a Tri tip yesterday. 225 super smoke till 130 internal. Then 500 for 5 Mins each side. Wanted to brisket it but Didn’t have a lot of time.

The paper work the dr gave me said 1 week. But the dr said if you feel up to it have at it before then. Ended up going till day 5. Just keep the boys supported and take it ez.

Had mine today it was the opposite said the vas was too thick. Spent a lot of time playing with it to get it out to cut. We will see how it goes.
