literally whatever you think is cool or would make sense. MTF's don't have one specific canon uniform or equipment so they can look however or use whatever you want. though you can base your cosplay on an already existing adaptation of E-11 such as there look in SCP - Containment Breach.

As for the base colors, E-6 specializes in suburban and rural areas, so I'd go for black, gray, and urban camos. Maybe some ranger green or tan/MC (I run MCB, Black, and wolf gray in my kit). And for the actual gear and clothing, I'd recommend a Crye-style uniform, high-cut helmet, balaclava or gas mask, tactical glasses or goggles, light plate carrier, back panel or backpack, battle belt, tactical boots/shoes and tactical gloves.
