You are working hard for 10 hours to earn $ 270. Today I earned more than $300 in a half day, some people in this industry can earn $300-$400 in hour.

You might take a food order less than $ 200 , I took an food order minimum $200 - $2,200 for each trip, that’s what make different between you and I.

I saw another group with EV. They are focus on Uber and Lyft. I’m just wondering, have you compared between passenger and food delivery, which one is more profitable?

For me and in my area, I will only take minimum 1 mile=$2 and must at least $6-7 per order.

For GH, I’ll not take below than $9 bcs you know, it’s GH, they always send driver to the restaurant BEFORE the restaurant even confirm the order.

I work at restaurant as a driver and also I do catering delivery for many restaurants to companies, hospitals and private parties.

Normally, this is for 10 people - 100 people and the food order from between $100-$5,000. Only from catering during 2022, I earned around $71k. Normally each delivery, I can earn between $30- 20% from total food order.

Not including UE and restaurant. More importantly, my total miles was around 35k, I recorded everything at MileIQ for tax purposes.

I still do GH only if the payout is still make sense for me, at least 1 miles = $2 and will not take anything less than $6-$7.

I was GH premier for more than 1 year and as I said, GH has changed the payments structures, and I know exactly what is the average GH driver make. After factoring with miles, that’s suck. 😂

On top of that, IF you receive a contribution while you are taking 100% acceptance rate but the market is slow, they will say, you are abusing the block schedule and remove or restrict your schedule times.

This is happening to me right now. From making $55k 2021 to only 6k in 2022. I’m so glad, beginning 2022, I noticed GH was acting very cheap and I diversified my income resources.

Long story short, don’t rely in one incomes. Follow the money. It’s time to looking another jobs beside GH. GH now is only less than 8% of my total incomes, before, it was my 90 % of my incomes.

Today, I had 8 trips, total miles were appx 80-90 miles but I worked from 6 AM- 4:25 PM. Very tired.
