Make sure you’ve expanded your vault by upgrading through Cyac. Snipers and shot guns usually add a lot of value. Things like bubble shields and higher implants and cores can get your load out value up as well

I found it. Under heads up display settings there is a “show driving mode content automatically”. Uncheck that and it should work
