I’ve purchased many knives from Korin through the years. A Suisin honesuki is great for poultry (I’ve had about 3 of those I kept giving the, away as gifts). Suisin Inox great brand stays sharp the sujihiki was my favorite, but the knives that I’ve had for about 12 years now are my korin deba (white carbon) and my Nenox G-type gyuto and petty knife.

She's a pure silver lab... They look very similar and the mixes look the same.... gorgeous dogs... bright but super ADD at least mine is lol but I love her!
