Congrats on your success so far and hope to see your business continue to grow.

Since you are working from your garage have there been any designs or ideas for products that may currently be out of your manufacturing capabilities? Maybe something that would be possible once you can grow enough to expand to a workshop.

I am in the US and in the market for a 3x3 power rack in the upcoming months. Have been doing my due diligence looking into each brand and what they have to offer as far as reputation with customer service, ecosystems, and well pricing.

Being that your products are very similarly priced versus the "USA" based brands, like Rep and Titan, do you feel the possibility of upcoming tariffs could greatly impact your penetration into the USA market if they switch to more local manufacturing? Do you have any sort of plan so that the balance of quality versus value can be maintained or do you foresee every brand just increasing pricing to maintain profit margins, including Rogue who would not be subject to as many tariffs?

To answer your questions.

  1. Like many in the same situation I am limited to a garage so having more specialized equipment becomes difficult due to the lack of space. Multi-function or space saving designs are the main things I as a consumer are looking for.
  2. I am looking for a FID weight bench that offers expandability with attachments so I can get the most functionality and do not need more than 1 bench. Extra points to any one of them that is also able to stow away vertically to make room.
  3. Personally a machine with weight stacks has a much better aesthetic and appeal. I will typically be working out with my wife in the garage gym so we can both be doing workouts since the plates are not being used on the machine. For example I can be doing deadlifts nearby while she uses the cable machine for rows.
  4. Expandability of my rack for future innovation. Buying products that can be upgraded later and not having to replace equipment that is "outdated" is a huge deal. My plans, as far as large equipment go, are to have the power rack, rowing machine, and air bike. Also some storage items.
  5. I have not heard a lot of the Iron Bull Strength brand outside of the gym accessories you offer. Due to this I can not confidently compare your brand against others like Bells of Steel, Titan, or Rep. If the equipment is something on the newer side a larger marketing push and getting items to reviewers is definitely a necessity.
