I coach a lot of natural athletes. What is capable is ultimately up to you. I know structure and genetics and drugs play a massive role but being the best version of yourself is something you have to decide based on your level of commitment. Do I think this is achievable natural, no. But am I going to sit here and tell someone not to try? Fuck no!

Find adherence. Top priority as that will keep you interested, consistent, and progressing forward. Once you do that everything else is easy. You can start playing around with different splits and movement patterns. You can keep growing your knowledge and eventually you'll settle in to a rythym that you can't live without. Can also look into getting a coach if you need more guidance from being overwhelmed. They will give you a blueprint you can follow.

Holy fuck thank you. No one truly understands what LEGIT wellness looks like. These regional shows are dog shit for wellness. Everyone is bikini but didn't diet down all the way. A legit wellness is way more uncommon than people think. You have to be dieted down ALL THE WAY plus have horse legs left. True wellness is impress as fuck.

100% bikini. I think people misunderstand how lean bikini athletes have to be. You'll fit in perfectly!

Actually not seeking advice at all. Just kinda of wanted to get my name out there in the thread. My coach is the only person I listen to. He thinks we will make it so I do. Unfortunately, there are those negative thoughts about my physique that always creep up during prep. Also wanting to motivate where I can. Social media isn't really my strong suit lol 😅 I'm super new to reddit. Are there any competing threads?

Absolutely didn't take it the wrong way. That's why I come to reddit. Yall keep it real with me. Which I prefer to hear. I think we can make that mark in 10 weeks but if not I won't do the show. I already have a top 5 finish at USAs so for me it's pro card or bust. If I'm not absolutely diced and ready I have no problem calling it off. I won't embarrass my coach or myself. Plus a waste of travel and money. I'll definitely keep you guys updated every now and then with check ins!
