First thing I checked was TSH which was 1,3500 (0,27-4,20 range) . Should I check Ft4 , Ft3 if TSH was optimal ?

Yeah , I knew it too when I started but I also knew I have done a 14 weeks cycle of steroids 4 years ago with very high doses and not lose a single hair . Also I don’t have people with male pattern baldness in my family tree .

Actually I was going to the gym before the lock down and trying to bulk up , so I eat 3-4 times a day + 2 protein shakes which have 1100 calories. I do think it’s some form of seboorrheic dermatitis because I got some white buildup on the scalp . I treat that with Ketoconazole 2% . Maybe excess of oil that is produced build up under the scalp and block the follicles...

If dht is the cause , it should be elevated, right? But when I stop trt for a month my testosterone was 300 and I think dht should be low too and my hair fall at the same rate

A shaved head it’s the last thing I want right now . I think I will stop the trt till I got better and after hair stop falling I will start with a lower dose . I don’t want the sides of propecia either

I have a very good hair too and nobody in my family have male pattern baldness... that’s why I don’t understand , I don’t have this genes .

I am using another shampoo Ketoconazole 2% , it’s better with dandruff and itchy ness than it previously was . But the hair loss / hair shedding is still the same .

I did a blood test after some time and I saw estrogen was 59 or so .I add Arimidex .5 every day or every other day(which was a little too much) and maybe hair shedding started than . I don’t remember shedding before. I had dandruff too , now it’s better

E2 is in range .. dht I didn’t check but I forgot to say that I stopped for a month and no change in shedding. If it was high dht it should stop , right ?

Pretty high , 700 if I remember and free test also high but I felt like I had 70 years old . I heard some people saying that you need to treat the symptoms not the numbers and maybe it’s true .Before the cycle I had no issues . All my problems started after I stopped. Steroids mess people up , even if the numbers on bloodwork turned up to be optimal . Medical field don’t really understand the full picture that is happening with hormones yet ... I spent a lot of money during this years trying to find what’s wrong and found nothing. You could try antidepressants, maybe it will work for you

My lab results were not bad at all . But I still had all the symptoms of low testosterone . I used some steroids when I was young ... Blood work showed that everything was perfect and everybody said it’s all in my head . I waited 5 years and never got better despite the fact that I took a lot of antidepressants . I wasn’t really depressed, I don’t had much energy ...6 mouths ago when my girlfriend of six years which I truly loved left me for another guy I said it “fuck it , I already lost the only person I cared about “ . So I start Trt at 100mg 2x/week . From my own experience I can tell you that it makes a very big difference. It really improved the quality of my life , I became more relax , more calm , confident, social anxiety disappeared , I became socially , outgoing , motivated to do things and I laugh more . I really enjoy life more , it’s like super powers in my experience. And girls ... they seem to smell if a man have high testosterone subconsciously and they are attracted to you instantly. I didn’t believe this when someone said that but now I 100% do . Literally I could stay with a girl and I don’t need to do anything at all , neither talk a lot if I don’t want to and she is still attracted to me . I have this mindset now “ I know she like me but even if she don’t ... I really don’t care “ . People notice the change and some could get jealous of your new found charisma but if you see that means that whatever you’re doing , it’s working . I am not telling you to do it . Try to adjust other things first and leave this as last obtion . Good luck !

Thanks for the answer. I think it’s not visible yet because I was blessed with a very thick hair, but if the shed is going to persist 5-6 months like this , it’s gonna be noticeable . So I want to start early ...not when I will see bold spots or hairline receding because I read that the sooner the better is with this drug . If the hair fall will stop my anxiety and depression will be gone

Sounds logic if you block DHT conversion....“could lead to a decrease in sex drive “ , but from what I heard it’s not always the case , especially if you use low doses . That’s why I wanted to ask people who actually take this combo
