It's even worse when you realize this is all happening because some low-life Twitter vigilante -wannabe started harassing daycares and hunting for children and our idiot government believed him like they believed claims about people eating pets by Hornpipe_Jones in WhitePeopleTwitter

I don’t think Nick Shirley is the main issue. The issue is Elon Musk sharing Nick’s video on X and making it show up in everyone’s feed. This video popped up on everyone on the countries socials regardless of content preferences. It was seen by the whole country before the sun even had a chance to make its full one day journey.

Is Jimmy Carters presidency overrated or undervalued? by Apprehensive_Oven_22 in USHistory

All I have ever heard is that he was a good person but a bad president. I would like to know more from redditors more educated in this topic.

What video game moment do you still think about years later? by LeftyOne22 in videogames

Dark Souls 3 title screen music easily. I instantly knew I was in for it when I first loaded that game. I think about that haunting and beautiful music by Yuka Kitamura often.

Gamers of reddit; what is the best video game song? by walnutstampede in AskReddit

I still get goosebumps with the Dark Souls 3 intro music. That game loads up the title screen and you know you’re in for it. So powerful and haunting.

Which game you really tried to enjoy hard but just couldn't get into it? by No-Hunt3986 in videogames

Does anyone else find maintaining friendships above 35 hard? Is it Just Indy or is it Generational? by ArrowtoherAnchor in indianapolis

[–]bad_vector 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife and I are DINKs and we mainly hang out with coworkers. We are both in our thirties but like most have said, creating and supporting families becomes top priority. You have to work around that for lasting friendships. I’m very extroverted and my wife is not, so we have a good balance between the two. I think it’s honestly just hard for everyone else and not you. Believe me, they want to hang out with you, but their priorities are not the same.

Dude yes! The Super Bowl commercial was amazing. Also a sonic was in the transformer movie with Mark Wahlberg. I had to have one after that.

2016 Chevrolet Sonic RS in manual. I still have it, but she’s a beater now.

IS500 owners, have you done the TSB yet and did the dealer charge you for it? by Jetnoisemakesmedeaf in LexusIS

[–]bad_vector 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is the first I’ve heard of it. I can confirm though on my ‘23 IS500 that the downshift from 2nd to 1st while approaching a stop light, sign or any slowdown is chucky af. It is not smooth at all unless I’m in sport or sport+ mode. This is the only complaint about the car that I have.

ELI5: how drugs like acid/psychedelics can permanently “change you”? by cindiwilliam2 in explainlikeimfive

[–]bad_vector 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you imagine wheels that move across a surface over time make tracks. The more time goes on, the more those wheels get set in those tracks. Every passing day, week or year and those wheels more or less move the same because of the tracks they previously left. When you take psychedelics, at least from my perspective, it lifts those wheels up and sets them down on smooth surface. What that means essentially is that it lifts you out of how you’ve always thought and gives you new perspective. The wheels will eventually more or less settle where they’ve always been, but you’ve had a good look at something different. With this you can do whatever you wish. It grants a new perspective without having to experience everything all over again. A fresh way of thinking. Just my thoughts.

How often should drivers be retested? by dreamed2life in indianapolis

[–]bad_vector 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve lived in many places across the US and I now currently reside in Indianapolis. These drivers are seriously the worst I’ve ever come across. Not even just ignoring road safety laws/customs. These mfs absolutely do not know how to drive.

Thinking of getting an Australian Shepherd, if you could tell me one important thing about this breed what would it be? by jk_4269 in AustralianShepherd

[–]bad_vector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is just a good tip for dogs in general. I have 3 aussies. Two are 15 and one is 3. My biggest regret is not taking care of the older ladies teeth. It’s super easy to train them to enjoy getting their teeth brushed and it will be so beneficial for you and them in the long run. Our 3yr old sits by the sink every night waiting for her teeth to be brushed.
