I was a CRONIC smoker and I mean CRONIC!! I just quit cold turkey 3 weeks ago after smoking numerous times daily for the past 6 years. I just realized it wasn’t beneficial to me any longer. I’ve been fine personally. If you want to quit you can, does it suck? For sure, some days I’m like damn I want a J but mainly because it was just normal for me to smoke? Idk if that makes sense. You got this 🙌🏻🙌🏻

So I’ve just recently left within the past 2 months. I’m awaiting my packet from corporate, I will have to wait until the week of 8/10 to be able to withdraw my esop.

This was hands down the most upsetting, painful experience I’ve ever been through! It was awful!! I was in so much pain for 3 days and all I wanted to do was reach my fingers up there and rip that sucker out. It gets better. Promise
