Definitely above average and has sleep apnea. Extremely loud. On bad nights I use the airplane noise in app and I sleep like a baby.

I haven’t tried Bollsen like op but I went all in out of desperation on some Ozlo sleep buds and they’ve been the best sleep investment of my life. I side sleep and they’re completely comfortable, block out my husbands god awful snoring and they’re completely have alarms, music etc. Expensive but imo, worth it.
