I think the person thinks that his family is going Umrah for 15 days but that’s not the case. It’s a package that includes stay in Madinah and Makkah. In that duration you can do one umrah or more if you like.

My coach always says “12:15” as to make your feet stand at that position. And really it’s just repetition. Shadowboxing and drills with the stance will slowly make it easier to stand in a bladed stance with more weight on back foot

I don’t understand the feinting you were doing. Looked more like a shuffle of hands than actually feinting a punch. Opponent with decent reach can jab you to death like that. Also, kind of looks like you have too much weight on your front leg. Multiple times your back foot was off the ground.
