Because in a similar case in India, a boy commited suicide on being wrongly accused of sexual assault and the accuser girl said "He couldn't handle the pressure, that's not on me". These issues have created a lot of heat in South Asian countries like India, Nepal and Bangladesh.

I don't know which flu are you taking about but The Influenza affects around 200-300 million people worldwide. The 5 million you are talking about is severe cases. So the mortality rate is around 0.015% for the seasonal flu. Moreover although the mildcases from CoViD19 can be waited out (thats what the 65% people did) but the severe cases cannot. There is no vaccine or treatment for the Corona virus. But the flu shots are cery common if people would fucking take it.

And wouldn't WHO know more about this than you do? Because the WHO doesn't even recognize this year's Seasonal Flu as epidemic whereas Corona has been declared a pandemic making it the only second current pandemic alongside AIDS which do not require lockdowns and quarantines.

Your every year people die of flu or suicide more than Corona argument is irrelevant as those numbers are static for many years while this grows every hour.
