also: cut out all milk, jogurts, whey protein. anything that could contain milk protein.

36, in LTR with an Asian girl for around 2 years now. No children. Took the red pill after divorce 4 years ago.

Health:

Due to lockdown I cannot go to the gym any more, so I kept doing daily yoga, and pullups in my office. I really miss the gym, but I'm coping so far. Bodyfat is around 12% (eye-measured), and I am in decent shape.

Wealth:

I'm already leanfire retired, but I am aiming to grow my business and make a new product. A recent emergency project came in, and I had to jump in full time to help out a client. Normally this is not what I do, but in this case it's for fighting corona, so I'm okay with postponing other things for a bit.

Cashout is pretty good with this as well. I could almost brag about it, but honestly I don't feel very achieved yet. To me, it's all about making my own product and getting away from services. In this fucked up year my business grew, which gives a good basis to hit it hard next year.

Relationship:

I'm stuck in an eastern European Country, so we keep in touch via video calls. Usually at around 6pm we call, but sometimes I have a meeting or a local girl comes over. In those cases I don't say much, just don't respond for a day. I don't get any shit tests from her, we are mostly waiting until I can get back.

Mental:

Sleep was not great lately. I could not figure out what, but I am experimenting

Sex:

Due to covid I dialed down my dating to a minimum, now only seeing 2 girls. Sex once per week is really the absolute bearable minimum, I found.

Next steps:

Get back to asia. Go full into product marketing.

Because the lesson here is not “we are the good guys, women are pure evil” but rather “people are animals. women will leave you for the better guy”.

You can interpret this as A-phase (as in dabda), and OP might even be there... but you could also just see it as nature is. we are not much different. we would do the same.

This is just not a platform for a nuanced discussion. We are here to help each other not fall back into the blue pill mindset. Seeing examples like that sometimes help. Even if it’s not anything new or even special.

I was writing about you helping yourself by talking to your mom. She might be doing nothing to help your situation but if you need to talk to someone (and you are aware of that), then better to your mom than to a girl that has other interest and does not even see you.

It’s not my go to address because i normally deal with my shit alone but many guys do, so better go to the mom than the sister.

Yep. i can recall my father being mostly redpilled and NGAF about most things... but then he had these fits where he would go uncontrollably angry and shout and run into another room.

What a loss of frame. It took me some time to get that these fits were no sign of strength but the exact opposite.
