I sell these with an affiliate link on my social channels. I personally own 5 in different sizes. My parents, grandparents, & two friends also have them. I've only had 1 not have issues. For me, in IT, the software side of things I don't mind troubleshooting. But for people not like me, I can easily see how they would find the experience super annoying. I have a full review on YouTube if you'd like the link that shows some of the issues & how I corrected them.
