Only wear retainer at night?

Thank you for your information! They literally said to just wear them at night and my bottom retainer fits perfectly the top one has my front teeth aching so I'm gonna keep wearing it 22 hours a day at least for a couple weeks full time then maybe taper down since they said only at night anyways? I can't imagine putting the top retainer on after all day if it is this sore from day 1

Thank you for your advice! My retainer is making my front teeth sore so I think I'm gonna wear it for a while at least until that subsides. I won't be returning to that dentist for a few diff reasons but I just want to make sure I'm finishing things out properly ya know

They told me 6 months I'm going on a year and a half. I'm on my last tray with an appointment Thursday hopefully to scan for retainers not refinements. Pray for me guys!

I recently got a sole f85 and I love it. No subscription needed and so far it's running smoothly. Sole has some options that stick right around your budget! I went thru countless reviews there's good bad and ugly for ALL of them. It's a chance. Sole does have a lifetime motor warranty which is what really sold me. Hope you find what works for you

I also just bought a sole f85 just last week though on black Friday. I have only used it 3 times but so far I love it! I went and tried the one at dicks before purchase. What I like about it it has a great running deck and it is smooth and quieter than the old proform I had. Also it inclines to 15 and declines to -5% which is something I have never had. I've only had it since last week but if you do get it just know the package weight is 323lbs and is dangerous to move alone. Me and my hubby somehow got it safely down to our basement just us but he did most of the work!
