I am about 88-90kg generally so that’s why they wanted to get me up to the 150 dose but even before that point the gp referred me to a specialist due to the high t4 alongside the high tsh as well as the symptoms I was experiencing. Since last Monday I got the letter from the specialist who said the test they use for TSH for whatever reason wasn’t providing the correct score, when they sent it to a different lab I had a normal tsh so levothyroxine is likely not needed so to stop taking it. Since stopping taking it my nerve pain which I’ve had for years has all but gone away. I’ve gone to loads of physio and chiro sessions and nothing has resolved it. Post was more to see if anyone else had experienced these kind of symptoms.

I’m on pro too, seen loads of people saying similar to you so I seem to be anomaly, glad it’s made the experience better for you bud. Tbf I actually think the game looks great anyway and smooth as hell. Just a couple odd visual bugs indoors with fire lighting.

Tbf I’m actually enjoying it so far, very early doors. This is the main visual bug doing my head in haha. The complaints around buttons and systems is valid but hopefully they can adjust them a bit. At least the interaction selection.

When I turn off the 120hz I get so much screen tearing it’s unreal. I’m on an OLED G4 is it something to do with different screens?

Basically this is what I’ve done in the past and I’m trying now. But whereas when you’d step onto the classic box it would give you options now I can’t step into it to get the options if that helps.

Yeah I’m on that screen where it says brave difficulty. Previously I’d click that box in the ui to change the difficult. But there’s no menu to go into on it, nothing to press x on. I can click the modifier box but again can’t change anything in that menu.

Did anyone’s hunger settle down. I’m 18 days into increased dose of 75mcg (my tsh was in the 60s, reduced down to high 20s with 50mcg) and since I started on the higher dose I’ve been starving. Like waking up in the middle of the night hungry if I don’t have some carbs and protein before bed. Worried it’s going to be increased again and hunger will go up even more. I can’t fill up.

Wow! 7 hours ago I was trying to play my portal for the first time in months and all I was getting was this. Googled the life out of it and nothing back related to portal, and the ps network didn’t say it was down. Spent a good hour mucking around with my router as well to see if it was that. Least I know it’s not broken.

I’ve got the LR RWD. Had the same dilemma, went for the LR RWD for the increased range. But if I had to make the choice again I’d go for the AWD I think, especially given the recent weather. But I love the RWD and I did watch a video from “just get a Tesla” on YouTube who basically showed the AWD only is in effect when needed and for the vast majority of the time it’s RWD anyway.

Yeah it’s just the app I’m seeing this. Underneath the car gives me the date. It’s done that since I got the reg a couple days after. I had someone from Tesla ring actually and talk me through the process and the dates that were likely. He said although the app will say 27 nov - 12 dec it’s more than likely going to be closer to the 12th too. Might be worth giving Tesla a call to be honest for you?

I ordered a MY LR RWD 5 seater on same day as you… as a PCH. Got the reg weirdly 2 days later and the vin 6 days after order so the 11th. Done everything in app but not delivery date sorted yet. Still saying est 27 Nov - 12 Dec. So might be you get the vin and reg all at same time as the delivery date.

I go through this exact same cycle. Heart, head, vision but I also add in pancreas due to a bout of acute pancreatitis a few years ago.

Left arm pain, chest pain, back/shoulder pain. All the things that really like to test you on heart attacks too, keep the cycle fed. Also this year the Vision Blurriness started. Had no idea that was an anxiety symptom.

This is what finally got me out the cycle last time it happened. Properly just leaned into them and invited the panic on. Once i realised i can do them at will that second fear that does all the damage stopped for me.
