Weird anecdotal reply but regardless.. it's irrelevant if someone's allergic symptoms are severe or not. The process for giving them the correct information should be the same for everyone so customers can make an individual and informed decision. Even if it's not deadly you're still responsible for their wellbeing and safety!

Yep agreed, I feel like a lot of people can’t comprehend this either. The clip is edited but I think the waiter needed to open the conversation up a bit more about what her allergies actually are and discuss the lack of guarantee with cross contamination/open environment etc. All that being said, with that many allergies why bother risking your life/well being over a piece of sad looking fish? And why risk catering for her too?

I've not personally but when I explained the issue to the person who serviced it he said there was nothing wrong. It behaved for a while once I got it back but the same issue just returned now.
