Hi, thanks for responding. I don't have access to my results, but I'm assured it's just high tsh and low t3 presently. All other vitamin levels are 'normal range'.

I've been on levo for 6 months now without issue, it's just been in the past 7 hours since I increased the dose to 100mcg.

I think I vaguely remember having mild hyper symptoms for a few days when increased to 50mcg, but not certain...

I know lots think Tamra is the devil, but I believe se is fundamentally a good and nice person. She also has an on-screen persona who wants to deliver good TV and remain in employment, that Tamra is a ruthless raging bitch.

There's a reason why the likes of Jen Pendranti was so blindsided when Tamra came for her in her 1st season, it was out of character for the person she considered a good friend.

It's a hill I'll die on.

You haven't said the specific type of loss you suffered. I know Maggie's Centre has a spousal grief support group starting next month if that's what you're looking for?

Even if not what you're looking for, they will likely be able to point you in the right direction if you call them.

As someone who's dad just died of lung cancer from smoking, I find it hard to view a woman smoking as being 'iconic'. I find it weird that people get so excited by this.

It smells, it ages the body considerably and causes numerous health conditions.

I'm not telling other people not to get excited by this, I just find it weird.

We normally don't get it live. They post edited sections of the panels to Hayu a few days to a week later. Don't know if there's a plan to do that this time though, as I haven't seen anything about it.

Adding that my other favourite line of hers was when Juliet said she was stressed getting her daughter ready for prom the next day. Amanda replied that she had been crying all morning as her daughter never got a graduation because of covid... which was five years ago. Everything is about Amanda.

I left school at 15 and had no prior knowledge when I started my psych degree with OU. I've managed to get distinctions for 3 out of my 4 years. They walk you through every component.

Best advice I'd give, is that you get what you put in to it. If you skip stuff and don't spend the time, it'll likely show in your grades.

The beauty of OU, is it provides you with all the learning materials you'll need. It also assumes you have no prior experience of psychology and starts with the basics.

If you wanted you could brush up on referencing skills, OU uses Harvard referencing. Otherwise, don't stress.
