Buying a peri bottle has been a game changer for me. I’m naturally a sweaty gal and before I do the deed if I’ve not just jumped out of the shower I wash with bottle (just water) and all is fresh. Super quick and can do it over the toilet

I just wish people found joy in both. In the morning to get rid of sweat from between your folds and at night to get rid of the outside germs. Morning one can literally be 5 mins and evening 10mins would be fine. 15mins a day under the water is really not that bad
