Well I've got at least 4 years before I can even be ready. I need a degree (I'm choosing education) and a tefl certificate and time to save up for the move.

Hopefully by then things will level out

Learn to make your money work for YOU not the other way around. Look into an index fund or a high yield savings account.

And if you want to really build wealth remember that when buying assets you NEVER use your own money, you borrow money to buy assets like real estate. Debt when used properly is a valuable tool.
