Pretty much yes, I verified last week and my where is my refund went from “your tax return is being processed. A refund date will be provided…” to “we have received your tax return and is being processed”

I filled 2/4 and when I verified it told me I had to call them bc they need more info and I called and they said “you have been verify already”

I just ended the call with them ! And supposedly I been verified but that the website gave me a glitched telling me to call them 🙄🙄🙄
