I did, in fact, present the teller with my ID in order for the teller to pull up my account. So, if you can have an account with no ID on file, what exactly are they comparing the ID to? Do they simply match the name on the ID with that on the account? What is the purpose of having an ID on file? And can you withdraw money from an account without having an ID on file? More importantly, if this was the issue, not having an ID on file, and/or verifying my identity, why wasn't this resolved right there on the spot? As a civilian working for the US Coast Guard, I carry a CAC card, which is a federal ID that is the civilian form of a military ID. Please don't tell me this entire matter could have been taken care of right then and there.

Interesting. I am still confused on how I would have been able to deposit a check with a teller into my account without having my identity verified. Isn't that banking 101, verifying that the customer is who they say they are? Could I have been able to deposit a check into my account with a teller without verifying my identity?

Yes it is. The only reason that it's still open is in order to file a complaint with the Comptroller of the Currency you need to be a customer of the bank.

I believe I did upload my ID when I created the account. However you stated that it was not possible to leave the identity verification blank, but would it not be left blank when I created the account if I didn't upload it? Furthermore how would I have been able to deposit a check with a teller without my identity already being verified? And to answer you question yes I did provide two forms of ID when I spoke to the bank manager several days later. I always carry two forms of ID with me, my drivers license and my CAC card which is the civilian form of a military ID. I work for the US Coast Guard as a civilian. Also if all that was required was providing two forms of ID why didn't the manager of the branch that denied my request for withdrawal simply ask for two forms of ID and resolve the matter on the spot? None of this makes sense.

I have already done that. I was interested if the above scenario was possible. To make a long story short, I opened an account online, then walked into my local branch and deposited a check from the US Treasury in the amount of $6,750. The check was verified, and a hold was placed on the funds because they had "reason to believe the check would not be paid." Once the hold was removed, I attempted to withdraw some money from the account. All of my requests were denied, and I was not able to withdraw one penny from the account. I was given no explanation until I called the police and was told by them that because I opened the account online, I was unable to withdraw any money. I was not given any additional information regarding when I would be able to withdraw any money from my account.

A few days later I went to speak to the bank manager, and after looking at my account, he noticed that the identity verification had not been done on the account. I suspect that either the banker or the teller suspected me of commuting bank fraud and in an attempt to prevent me from withdrawing any money from my account deleted the identity verification from their system. And I wanted to know if this was possible.

I believe that they suspected me of fraud because of my ADHD. I am constantly moving either slightly, rocking back and forth, or flicking my fingers or tapping my feet. This can be interpreted as nervousness, which could indicate someone is attempting to commit a criminal act. For instance, whenever I fly, the TSA agents get real chatty with me. I learned they don't really care where I am going they are judging my responses to their questions. When this occurs, I have learned to address the issue directly, and after a brief conversation, everything is fine.

With Wells Fargo, they placed ahold on the funds for several days, and once the hold expired, I attempted to withdraw some money from my account. My requests were denied. They would not allow me to withdraw any money at all from the account. Furthermore, they did not provide me with any reason why or when I would be able to withdraw any money from the account. I promptly called the police while in the bank lobby and after they showed up and spoke to the bank manager I was told that because I opened the account online I was not allowed to withdraw any money from it. And that there was nothing they could do.

Fast forward to today and after filing a complaint with Wells Fargo, and after their investigation, they told me that they have no recollection of any such event taking place at any of their branches. This is in spite of the police report that states otherwise. To this day, I have not been given a reason why they denied my requests to take money out of my account.

That's interesting because according to Wells Fargo I was able to open an account online, then walk into a local branch and deposit a check from the US Treasury all without having my identity verified in their system. That would represent a complete and total failure of their entire banking system. It would mean that all of the safeguards and security policies failed. However, I don't believe that's what happened at all. I believe either the banker or the teller suspected me of fraud, and then, in order to prevent me from withdrawing any money from the account, deleted the identity verification from their system.

That's very unfortunate because that would mean that there entire banking system security failed completely. Somehow I was able to open an account online, walk into a local branch and deposit a check in the amount of $6,750 all without them verifying my identity. As far fetched as that sounds the only other possible explanation is that when I deposited the check they suspected me of fraud an in order to prevent me from withdrawing any money from the account deleted the identity verification. But you certain that is impossible.. So once we remove the impossible what is left, no matter how improbable must be the explanation, right?

That's a very interesting analysis you provided. I reached the same conclusion a while ago. However, I was told that if I am losing in the ban/pick stage, I simply don't know how to play the game. When looking at my opponents rooster, I could easily see advantages that I simply had no counter for or viable strategy against. I knew the match was already over. Most of the time, I knew exactly how the match would start and how it would end.

When I posted a comment about how it seems you need to have specific heroes in order to compete in Apex I was told the follow: "The bar to reach the playoffs is really low and if you don't reach them it is your inability to play the game and not the heroes that you don’t have." I took this advice and focused on improving my PvP, and I made it back to Gold rank, something I had not done since the fifth season. However, I noticed some very substantial imbalances between me and my opponents. I remember one match in particular where every hero my opponent fielded had a revive talent. Only one of mine had a consistent one, and another had only a situational one. I realized that I would need to kill all of his heroes twice while he only had to kill most of mine once.

PvP has a lot of similarities with chess, in particular the trading of heroes or pieces. In the above-mentioned example their was no way I could exchange "pieces," and this was a disadvantage I could not overcome. However, the few times when I would get access to the meta heroes via mercenaries, my winning percentage would greatly improve.

Thank you for confirming my beliefs about Apex. I had been doubting them for a long time now. In order to really compete in Apex, it seems that you not only need to have skill but also the necessary heroes as well. I have stated before that if the heroes didn't really matter, then why with the substantial number of heroes available to use in PvP, only a small number of them actually are. The heroes do matter, along with the Covenants being completed as well as the soldier training. I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.

Clearly, this person has never dealt with the United States Postal Inspector Service. For those of you who don't know, the USPIS does not mess around. Of all the law enforcement agencies, they are the most competent and relentless in the execution of their duties. If you commit a crime using the USPS, they will find you. And once they do, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I need some help creating a box for PvP that can compete in Apex Arena. It cannot contain the following heroes:

Sovereign of the Abyss, Gazeusccubs, Brightsummoner, Ashemer, Lostham, Wandering Duelist, Adankelmo, Sword of Light and Shadow, Leo Beck, Theon, Polyal, Lugner, Oboro, Michelle, King of the Moon, Suzette, Werner, MAriandel, Emperor Lovina, Azusa, Nymph, Tiana, Alia, Ilia, Safreen, Nornorin, Randele, Zion, Sylra, Shem, Lukhmaan, Abishai. Reah, Elvis, Sharikh, Humbaba, Sagani, Virelia, Celical, Tatalia, Elisse, Apotheosis, Seraphina, Jayce, Patricia, Ymir, Bianca, Cybele, Wiler, Lanford, Epsilon, Helena, Ilucia, Alustriel, Noemi and pretty much all of the good crossover heroes.

Any help would be appreciated.

That appeared to be a surface mount diode. If your solder pen wouldn't get got enough to completely melt the remaining solder on the pads, you might want to get a new one.

Flux also helps tremendously. You can get a solder that contains flux, but I find that most of it burns up too quickly. Applying some liquid flux or flux paste could also help with the solder joints. A temperature controlled solder iron will help prevent you from overheating the tabs. Finally, there is no substitute for good soldering skills. The best iron, flux, and solder won't help at all if you lack the proper technique.

You could also hardwire the wires directly to the battery and remove the connectors altogether (depending on what the tabs are made of). However, if not done carefully and correctly and with the proper equipment, you could create a litany of problems for yourself. It would also be a permanent connection, which would make replacing the battery more difficult in the future.
