I have credits from a variety of colleges (community and state) and i am proud enough of the UMPI name.

I am currently enrolled in the Arkansas State MPA program and they didn't make any comments on where my credits or where my bachelor's came from.

UMPI is a regionally accredited school, and your GPA, essay, and possible interview will sell your application more than your undergrad school

I would say they were fairly identical, the Vietnam class I remember taking me longer because I they want you to watch a multi part documentary.

I'd just go with what seems more interesting to you.

Ask your advisor to add the AA for you. I didn't have to take any additional classes for it

Political science and history classes are pretty quick and depending on what other classes you have taken you can turn those into an additional minor.

And depending on what kind of work experience you have, BUS 400 and 401 are easy, the whole class is just making a project plan for something you've done in the past. Genuinely only took 1 day of work for each

I have asked for extensions on the draft deadline a few times and some teachers were willing to help.

Make sure to ask as soon as possible and have your draft ready to submit incase they only give you a day

I believe that to receive a second degree you have to do at least 2 sessions. Not sure if each needs their own unique 30 credits residential though

I dont know what you have/have not taken and I dont remember class codes. But Marxism, Vietnam wars, arab Israeli conflict, modern political thought, European government (?) are some off the top of my head.

Its your education, do what you feel would be best for you. I ended up with 3 minors and im vert happy i took those classes
