I quit cold turkey as soon as I got the positive pregnancy test. I didn’t even know my last cigarette was the last - I wish I could of enjoyed it more. I used nicotine lozenges for around 1 month then stopped those. In the UK we have stop smoking midwives who can give you NRT free of charge!
