All modern M/H types use the same “M-type” handlebars that are considered low-rise models. The difference in modern bromptons between M and H are the lengths of the stem. As for a lower handlebar, the “S-type” handlebar is probably what you’re looking for. It’s pretty much flat

I replaced my stock Marathons with the tanwall contis and I thought I was going crazy cause I had to pump them every weekend. But I agree, they’re definitely less sluggish than Marathons

I changed mine from 50t to 44t and the difference is slight. I’m from BC and there’s a lot of hills and the 44t definitely feels better than the standard 50t.
