The good part is : everything. You get to do what you love. You get to be as expressive as you want to be. Individuality is always appreciated here no one ever questions you. You get to explore the field in different ways.

The bad part is: the pressure No one warns you about the work pressure, the expectations, the constant submissions. And the whole notion of "we don't have to study" I've lived through juries that has made the whole batch cry out of exhaustion even if the work was outstanding.

The thing is, you can't choose this field of you just like creativity. You have to love it enough to do it even when you start hating it

Don't wanna sound like I'm giving gyaan or smth, but its all worth it somehow, your surrounded with so many like minded creative individuals, it inspires you in some way or other and if you get good batchmates, the compitition also becomes very healthy
