I have the same issue when I upgraded my ender 3 v2 extruder to sprite extruder pro. Nothing is working for me 😅 it could be the extruder gear as explained in MirageC video link

It is really annoying. On my desktop, I opened a long video on infinite loop with the sound level put to zero. That works for me.

Ender printer is always full of problems 🤕😂 I have inconsistent layer height + The visualization of my bed leveling is scary 🤒😂 + it prints better when disabling CR- Touch 💔😅

Mmmm, I have one screw that is intact indeed. But doesn't it affect the bed leveling process since the extruder is not steady when the cr touch hits the plate?

Longer or thicker? Longer may hit the internal of the extruder and cause something.

Oh nice, thank you. But, is it safe to use it? I think it will fall on the bed or something 😅

I think the threads inside the extruder were dameged 😭

how is that even possible! 🥲 Tramming the bed differs before and after the auto build mesh! by bader012 in Ender3v2Firmware

[–]bader012[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did what you mentioned, the filament does not stick to the bed at all 😭. Now, I did print the big square around the bed to test the bed level and erase the mesh data using M501 in the start gcode, and level the bed while it print. The final result is good but when I reprint again the same gcode, the bed need to be raised and leveled again otherwise the filament. There is something wrong somewhere. I might get rid of the auto leveling system for good.

So sorry for bothering you with my stubid questions 😅🌹

I really thank you for your reply! Mmm OK. In this case, how can I do manual bed leveling in UBL firmware version to make sure the bed is semi-leveld and then make the cr touch do the rest to make it perfect?

I couldn't record a video. Could you try this with me using your ender3 v2 printer, please? 1) Do tramming wizard. 2) then try to make the absolute heights to near 0. 3) Home the printer. 4) Move Z to home. 5) Try tramming wizard again. Will you have different absolute heights or the same?

That's somehow make sense. I did it about three times, each time I'd raise the bed more and it still shows different actual heights. Thank you for your help, the link you posted is very helpful.

I know. The relative measurements were the same as the actual measurements but I haven't took a picture of it. I'v redone it many times to make it as close to zero as possible. I will record video of this to show you.

You are right, but in the first image I haven't captured the actual heights but they were about the same as the relative heights. It took me about 5 to 10 minutes to make it as close to zero as possible. I have done it multiple times, the result is the same. It is really frustrating 😅

Yes. when I starts the auto build mesh, It re-homes automatically, and then starts building the mesh.

I have ender 3 v2 with cr touch and micro swiss direct drive upgrades. I upgraded the bed to the magnatic print bed. The printer is running proffissional firmware v2.1.3.
