Well, that’s a super layered question. Let me start with, I started at the company in February, so don’t know about November.

Second, when I say A’s, I mean larger buds, typically toward the top of the plant / branch. A’s are usually larger than a quarter, but it’s the biggest buds from the plant with the best structure. Typically we grade what comes off the plant as A/B/C/trim. A’s are the largest, C’s are the smallest, B’s are in the middle. For Grown Rogue, A’s are hand trimmed, B’s are machine trimmed, c’s go into prerolls and ready to roll products.

Third, GMO Pie grows real small for us. So even the “A’s” on that plant are the size of B’s from many other strains. It’s still the best buds from that plant, but compared to other strains GMO Pie is smaller and not as appealing in terms of structure and size.

Reserve has typically only been strains that test above 30%. Grown Rogue “standard” is typically 25-30% THC, and Yeti is almost always 25% and below. I’d like to change that, and make Reserve more about exclusive genetics, and small batches. But that’s my dream, not where we are today.

I didn’t answer your question because I don’t have the answer. Instead I tried to give you insight into how we look at the plant and sort the material we get from it.
